Good Day,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with an issue I am having with my employee attendance chart. Basically, I have two Charts that track an employee's vacation days and their personal days. One chart is the named Calendar, which I input if they've taken a Person (P) or Vacation (V) in each cell for each day. The other chart is listed as Summary, which gives other information such as how many vacation days and personal days each employee is allowed.

I'm trying to create a message to pop up if I've entered P or V on Calendar over the amount of days the employee is allowed each year, and automatically delete that entry. (Like if I have 5 personal days and I've already used all 5, and if I enter in a 6th the message would show stating that I have no more personal days allowed)

Thank-you so much in advance!
