Hi Guys

I need a macro to generate PDF files for my employee list as per the sample, the sheet name is Payslip and as a sample

Sorry brother I have a Payslip voucher which captures data from Employees data. I managed to collect relevant data to generate a pdf voucher. Now I need a macro to print all 40 vouchers in 1 go.

Ok, now that you gave us all the relevant information, this should do the trick as per your explanation.

        Sheets(i).ExportAsFixedFormat xlTypePDF, ThisWorkbook.Path & "\" & "Invoice " & Sheets(i).Name & ".pdf"
