Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
How about
Code:
Sub RemoveDupes()

    Dim Rng As Range

    With ActiveSheet
      For Each Rng In .UsedRange
         Rng.Resize(.UsedRange.Rows.Count).RemoveDuplicates 1, xlYes
      Next Rng
    End With
End Sub
