Hi guys, I need help.

Commission structure:
R170 001 - R200 000.00 = 4% on R30 000.00
R200 001 - R250 000.00 = 5% on R80 000.00
R250 001 - R300 000.00 = 6% on R130 000.00
R300 001 - R400 000.00 = 8% on R230 000.00

For example: When the commission gets to R170 000.00 - in the second colum (4%) the amount must appear as well be colour coded (yellow).
Can anyone please help.

just to be clear
once the total reaches 200,000 then is it 4% of 30,000 or 4% or 200,000

200,000 4% = 8,000
OR 4% of 30,000 = 1,200

can you give some examples of the commission payments

a lookup table would work best
