Hello! I have purchased an e-commerce design package. The designer basically used WordPress templates to create a "shopping cart" part of my e-shop. So it's a WordPress eCommerce shop. The hosting was with the webdesigner.
Now, our business relationship didn't work out and I decided to transfer my all new e-commerce shop to an independent hosting. I purchased a new hosting here, on Bluehost and with the help of Bluehost technician we started to transfer my e-shop. well, when it was over (with the help of export/import tools) - my site instead of custom designed shop became a Wordpress blog! No front page, no shopping cart, no product images.
The web designer is not willing to help and i guess she is feeling the sweet revenge right now. she says that the project is finished and if now it got lost it's all my fault, and if i pay her for 2-3 hours of work and leave her a positive feedback on her Etsy page she will try to transfer my site...
So what do I do? Anyone knows how to transfer e-shops from ome hosting to another? How long it usually takes? Anyone could help me and how much that would cost?
