Hello,
I am looking for a way to sort the current data of stocks a company holds in order to update the prices of products using the given updated data from the supplier. An example of the current data I have and the solution I am looking for is provided in the links below:
links removed by Moderators due to inappropriate content on those pages
Goal:
Match stocks data with given data from supplier which is currently a mess.
Remove any irrelevant data (eg. X Y Z I J K L stocks).
Things to consider are:
1. There are more than 10,000 data of products given from supplier, and the company has around 6,000. (Eg. stock I,J,K, and L are in the updated price, but the company has nothing to do with it.)
2. The company also has some products which are not relevant to this supplier (Eg. stock X,Y, and Z.)
3. There are 2 possible codes for each stock (Eg. A1 and A2)
I am a beginner at using Excel, any help and advice would be appreciated.
Thank you
PS. Apologies if I am posting in the wrong forum.
