Need help with per ID total hours counted from data..

Hey there, im new here and overall at excel im beginner but trying to be better... Got some table and i cant figure out how to solve this "problem".
I got some datas and places in work.. picking, packing etc... got for oNE day this table as u can see here.
Whenever someone goes somewhere, i need to add his ID , name and "from - to " time , then i will get SUM of day how many hours he has been where..
And i want that it will find and give me "answer" in "AF15" from every fields (like putaway, sorting etc...) how many times he has been in table and how many hours he has been there...

A quick test indicates XL2BB runs in Excel 2021 for Mac.
