Need Help with Macro using PP

I have created a file with multiple pivot tables using PP and wish to send this out to users who have little or no knowlegde of PP. I would like to create a macro that would launch the PP window, refresh the data, close the PP window and refresh all of the pivot tables.

I have limited knowledge of VBA - normally I just use the built in macro recorder in Excel. When I try this, it does not recognize/record the commands to launch the PP window and subsequently refresh the PP data.

Can anyone help?

Until Excel 2013, there is no macro support for refreshing the powerpivot window.

But there may be a workaround for you: PowerPivot Refresh thru VBA at last! « PowerPivotPro
