Need help with filter in 2016 excel

Sadly someone very kind already helped but the answer only worked with excel 365 (which i don't have at work). Please see image below. What I'm trying to do is in Excel 2016. There is a data validation drop down list in cell A2, which allows me to choose what subjects our teachers can deliver. I then want in Column G it to create a list of only the trainers that can teach those subjects (taken from the data in A18 to E22

I hope that makes sense. Will be really useful. Then my plan is to conditionally format the matches in column A so it's easier to see who I can choose from when plotting classes
