Hello all and good evening,
New to the forums here.
I have a problem I was hopeful that someone could possibly help me out.

I am currently trying to work on a spreadsheet which takes production rates and capacities from several locations and gathers them into one page to be viewed by management. From this page I need to show what each site is capable of, how much is in their backlog and what they are producing for other sites or what those other sites are producing for them.

The chart I have now will show most of what I need however when it comes to the production for other sites the chart is not correctly adding up the data points. I don't know if I am going about this in the most efficient manner or if their is anyone out there who would have a good idea or example of how to do this.

I would post the sheet here but I guess we cant attach files or pictures as new users

Thank you in advance.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Hi Turtleboy,
nobody can add attachments on this forum, you could either post some of your sheet as an image or as HTML-code here or attach it as a dropbox/google drive/etc file.
