Need help with creating formula that uses indirect and sum functions

Hey all,

I would love some help to put this formula together. I have tried and have not been able to figure out how to go about doing it...

So I have a meal plan generator that tabulates all of the ingredients and groups them together, so if you have apples in more than 1 meal, all apples get grouped together. I am having a tough time to figure out a formula that will sum the tabulated quantities together. Any suggestions as to how I can go about doing this?

Why do you need indirect? Sumif does this.
