Need help with calculating the total productivity in between times

Hi all,

I need some help with a formula that can count how many orders were pick from the start time to end time at each hour.

For example,
Column A is the Start Time, Column B is the End Time and Column C is the number of orders picked.
Let's say i need to calculate how many orders I picked in between 12:00 PM~13:00 PM(base on from start time to end time)
