Need Help with Calculating Due Dates

I have spread sheet where I am tracking due dates for different deals: See below data I am using:

Lender Name Contract Date Due Date
ABC, Inc 08/05/15
Tom 08/10/15
David 08/11/15
Tim 08/12/15

I would like to see all lender except for ABC Inc to show due date of 5 business days from Contract Date, Whereas I want see lender " ABC Inc" due date one business day only. Please help.
 

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Thank you for a quick explanation. I would like to factor US holidays in to the formula above,so I can calculate the true due dates. I actually saved the holidays list on a second work sheet. Please help me how how do I factor that in to above formula provided.

No worries the 0 is actually the holiday schedule so what you can do here is highlight the range of your holidays and it will exclude those dates.... Remember to absolute or as you drag down you'll obviously lose them
