Need help with an INDEX function

I need a formula that will take the data on sheet1 column C and have it appear in sheet2 row 4 (5 columns between) that works by copy&paste.

For example: I need a formula for Sheet2 I4 that pulls the data from Sheet1 C3
OR another way to think of it send Sheet1 C3 to Sheet2 I4, C4 to N4, C5 to S4, C6 to Z4, etc...
