Column A has my data
Column B had Rand() function
Column C has qualifiers (C1=1,C2=1,C3=2,C4=2,C5=3,C6=3,C7=4,C8=4,C9=5,C10=5,ECT..)
Column D has qualifier: Yes or NO
What I would like to do is sort column A randomly if column D=NO, if column D=YES then I would like to sort randomly but not allow matching values from column C in consecutive rows.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
