I'm would like to write a measure in Power Pivot to do the following:

I have a list of transactions by client with varying amounts of revenue for each transaction. I want my measure to SUM up the amount of revenue for each client, then filter those totals to only show clients who have totals of $25k or more in revenue.

Is this something I can do in a measure?

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Welcome to the forum.

It sounds to me like all you need is a measure summing the revenue. then in a pivot table simply apply a value filter to the client name field.
