Need Help to remove selection option from insert blank row macro

Hi guys below is Macro which will insert row based on criteria which i had downloaded earlier..i need help to remove inputbox,as every time i run this Macro it will popup inputbox and asks for selection... as i want standard selection of columns from $Y$1 to $Y$65 can some one help me to remove

try changing

Set WorkRng = Range("y1:y65")

this is untested though
