Need help to get top 10 lowest and highest values with a condition

Hi,

I have a list of names (Column A) and their marks in a adjacent column (Column B). A same name is also listed more than once and hence i am looking for an excel formula that can pull top 10 lowest marks and top 10 highest marks for a same name. I need the output in Column F and Column G.

I would be very thankful if any one can help me to build a formula for this.
