Hello Friends

I have a data base of address around 30k in the below format...

Mr.Vijay Kumar N
# 007, 1st Block
Wilson Garden
Bangalore - 560027

I need the Name in A1 & the complete address in B1
Eg N Vijay Kumar in A1
B1 - # 007, 1st Block, Wilson Garden, Bangalore- 560027...

I tried using =A1&A2&A3
Can anybody help with the easy method...

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Will there always be 4 lines of data for each address? Is the address all in one cell or is it in 4 cells?

As far as I know there has to be some way of determining the first row of each address so we know where each address starts. Since the number of rows can vary, then there has to be another determining factor, for example, the last line of each address always has a "-" (hyphen) in it.

You need to supply several addresses extracted from the input, so we know more about the format, establish a pattern etc
