Need help of Date Format

Hello Everyone,
Is there a way to show a date as "MM-YYYY" format in power query or in DAX. The actual data is in "DD/MM/YYYY" format.

this line: Table.AddColumn(Type, "Custom", each Date.ToText([Date], "MM-yyyy")), Mx2
change to
Table.AddColumn(Type, "Custom", each Date.ToText([Date], "MMM-yyyy")), Mx3
or
Table.AddColumn(Type, "Custom", each Date.ToText([Date], "MMMM-yyyy")), Mx4

will be Jun short month name or June full month name
