Need help in sort and display best lap time and best 2nd laptime

hello, I need help in sorting lap time for school event (sport day) and display it automatically after the time been insert in the sheet. I'm sorry I don't know how to attach my excel here but here are my google doc link for the excel book.

Is this what you are trying to do?

You will need to format column M and O the same as column C.
