Need Help in Setting up GridView on Form

Hello Everyone
I need help in Creating a same functionality like GridView on Form.
the GridView will allow the users to enter Data and Can insert new Row. There is no GridView in Excel so What I want to do is to Create a Group of 10 Textboxes which Will act as a Row. There will also be a Plus(+) and Minus(-) Sign. The Plus(+) Sign will be used to insert new row and Minus(-) sign will be used to delete Last Row.
I am working on it from Few Days But Failed.I need to Done this ASAP.
Any help will be Great Appreciated.
