Need help in Excel Formula

I want following condition to be satisfied in attached sheet image
If C5 is greater than zero Put B6=A5, Otherwise Return B6= Value in Cell A Whenever Cell C has number greater than Zero Previously.

Please help

Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Enter formula in B6 and Copy down.
