Hello Friends

I have data like this, in "Left over period for maturity" cell use formula. (Difference between Maturity Date & Approched date)

Maturity Date27-01-2017
Approched date22-12-2013
Left over period for maturity3 Years 1 Months 5 Days

In next cell i want data like this,

Months (after ignoring the days) = 37 (Here 3 year+1 month)

When i change Maturity Date & Approched date it should updates.

Can it possible ?

Thanks

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

DateDif does not appear in Excel as it is a holdover from the days of Lotus1-2-3. Excel incorporated several of the 1-2-3 formulas as people migrated to Excel in the early days. It has kept the formula but not made it part of intellisense.
