working on a basketball spreadsheet and have a few questions

I have made a simple basketball spreadsheet that calculates FG% 3pt% pretty basic stuff, but i have run into some problems and the teacher doesn't really know whats going on i hope i can get some help and fast.

My first problem was when i tried to select a MVP from picking the player with the highest PPG. The players names are in A4-A11 and the PPG are in Row T4-T11. I was hoping that below all of my data i could just list MVP in Row A27 and some how get the Players Name to show up in B27, but this document is subject to change so it needs to be able to automatically update!

Thank you so much who can help me with this problem!

MY second problem is breaking up the Kids to who makes varsity and not. I need the 4 names of the kids with the highest PPG(T4-T11) to appear in a separate list below all my data lets say A32-A35 and the 4 kids with the lowest PPG to appear on the JV list in B32-B35.

If it matters the kids names are (a4)Mikey (a5)Jim (a6)Jordan (a7)Cody (a8)Drew (a9)Daniel (a10)Georgey (A11)Eldrich

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Hi and welcome to the Board
Umm, telling people you need help immediately, for a school project, probably won't help you get this solved !

As a suggestion you'll need to find the MAX value in the PPG column
You'll then need to use that value in an INDEX(MATCH function to get the players name.

Hope this helps and Good luck with your project
