  I have a two-fold problem.

Problem 1
I have a Table called "Contacts1" with a subdata sheet to "Workorders".
In my Forms I inserted the "Workorders" as a subform. But what I need it to do is change with each Customer that is looked up on the form. In other words if ABC ordered 2 cases on 5/14, etc. it will show on the workorder and when I go to XYZ it will show they ordered 5 cases on 6/1.

Problem 2
I have 3 fields on my Form called Title, Specialty and Contacts. They all have a drop down list to choose from but they need to have one space that is blank and "live". In other words if what they want to input something that is not on the drop down list they can.

Thanks everyone for this help and all help in the past. You have been great and a lifesaver-not to mention keeping my sanity in check.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
