need help for my formula in my G chart

I think from You tube, I made the Gantt chart and trying to add my first cell formula match with right If statement shows start and End date but still each time it complains formula has a wrong character . Can someone Kindly take a look and help me to figure it out on cell # G6 why keeps giving me error ? Thank you!
PS: Please look on chart 2.

I think you need to post a sample, and also your formula. You also reference a chart 2, but there is no attachment.
Mr. Excel has a tool called xl2bb add in (link below), that you can use to post mini worksheets. But, it will not copy worksheet objects like shapes and charts.
If you cannot use the add in, you can still post a table.
