Hello everyone,

So I created a worksheet with visual graphic shapes about shapes 35 per station area mirrored to each station with same shape but minor name change for each shape (s1sShape, s2sShape).
I also created a form's for each area to control the select and deselect of the shapes via option buttons.
Then made a worksheet with stored data so the form can see every shape active or non-active when form loads plus some textbox info of crew.

The worksheet display's perfect and the macro open the form perfect at my station does all the changes with just mouse click.

Everything went South when Shared this workbook and wanted it display it on multi monitors, a monitor for each station area of production and the users of each station area allows to update per there area.

You could easy see the equipment in that area than walking a 1/2 mile looking at 15 stations looking for setup and test equipment.

I will have to make a non related demo workbook as sample as can't share my work here do to company guidelines.

Anyone have shared workbook that allows the shape to be edited buy users, as in Visible =True or False?
