I am working on a spreadsheet that is a tracking sheet for call monitoring in a call center. The person listening to the call fills out the sheet with a pass/fail or N/A mark fo certain criteria. What I need is if they fail any of these certain boxes, than a box below says FAIL. If they pass all the criteria or have N/A in the box i need the box below to show the score they got. My example is below:

The cells are a,b & C and 10:15 down. the red is where the score goes, if they pass, fail or get n/a it would go in column c10:C15.
<TABLE style="WIDTH: 310pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=413><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 218pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 10605" width=290><COL style="WIDTH: 48pt" width=64><COL style="WIDTH: 44pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 2157" width=59><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 218pt; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl69 height=17 width=290>Demonstrates polite, respectful tone</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: red; WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl67 width=64> </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 44pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 width=59> </TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl65 height=17>Demonstrates patience, willingness to help </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: red; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl67> </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66> </TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl69 height=17>Demonstrates empathy, builds rapport</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: red; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl67> </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66> </TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl65 height=17>Projects confidence</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: red; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl67> </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66> </TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 25.5pt" height=34><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 218pt; HEIGHT: 25.5pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl70 height=34 width=290>Maintains professionalism - abides by company policies</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: red; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl67> </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66> </TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl69 height=17>Displays interest and enthusiasm </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: red; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl68> </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

If any of cell C10:C15 say fail than cell C44 should say FAIL. If none of the boxes are changed to fail, cell C44 should show the score they got in C43.

Thanks.

where does the "score" come from? Does "pass" = 1, N/A = 0, or is the person evaluation going to be assigning a score?

From what I understand the score is based one a scale the listener is using. The score is put in the red boxes. the score will only be used if they pass (or get n/a) on all the criteria. Those would be the b10:15 cells. She didn't say they show the failing score, just the word FAIL in cell C44.
