I'm in need of help and am hoping for some guidance/direction.

I have a large set of data (8173 rows) spanning back to the beginning of 2022 with the following headers:

Week #DateBranch #Customer NameCustomer #Unit #Unit StatusFolder #Sent ByTransaction Type

What I need to do is break out the data by week and see what the average is by transaction type. I've tried a pivot table but unable to get the calculation needed.

I'm not sure if I need to use and advanced formula.

Thank you in advance.

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
It would help if you could post a small sample with the result you expect.
You state you want to average by Week and Transaction Type, but didn't say which column you want to average.
Also, what version of Excel do you have?
You may want to look at the AVERAGEIFS function.
