Need FORMULA to display two list from two different columns based on mapped values

Hi,

I have two columns of data in excel. There is no common values between these two columns. Few values in column1 is mapped manually with values in column2. Now i need to display both columns with mapped and non mapped values. I attached a sample sheet with this.
