Need formula to count based on a single criteria match in another column, that removes duplicate results in the count

I have the table below. I would like to count the number of unique values in Column A where the value in Column B = "FALSE", while also with the final count, remove duplicates/don't count duplicates.

The result for this would be a count of 2. The counts of Bob and False would only be counted once.

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
