I need this formula to only call up dates which fall on certain days of the week. The cell info it's operating on is non-contiguous however IF I need to I can make dates contiguous. This basically for just copying & pasting a data file export to one sheet and then having the results auto generate.

"=SUM('Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B26,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B78,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B130,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B182,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B234,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B286,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B338,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B390,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B442,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B494,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B546,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B598,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B650,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B702,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B754,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B806,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B858,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B962,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1014,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1066,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1118,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1170,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1222,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1274,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1326,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1378,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1430,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1482,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1534,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1586,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1638,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1690)/INDEX(FREQUENCY(('Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B26,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B78,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B130,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B182,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B234,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B286,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B338,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B390,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B442,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B494,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B546,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B598,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B650,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B702,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B754,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B806,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B858,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B962,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1014,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1066,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1118,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1170,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1222,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1274,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1326,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1378,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1430,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1482,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1534,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1586,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1638,'Help Hero Incoming Calls'!B1690),0),2)"

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
this looks like: sum(cells)/count(cells) ==> AVERAGE(cells)
With SUMIF() can you summarize with a condition.
