Need formula that works out Age from DOB and From the Age if there Working Age or Retirement Age

Hi All

I need two simple formulas two that will work out the person age from there date of birth and then from this age column works out. If the if a person is “working age” adults (18-64) or “Retirement Age“(65+) in separate age category column.

Where A2 contains the date of birth. The "Y" indicates the unit of measure that is returned.
