Need formula help to calc AVERAGE Excel 2010

Using Excel 2010, Windows 7

I need to calculate the average TAT for each country. Below is an example of the data that I am trying to pull from. For instance, I need a formula that calculates the total TAT for Brazil, total for China & total for Colombia.

Can you please help with a formula?

5.01 Aaaaa Bbbbb Brazil
6.62 Ccccc Ddddd Brazil
0.49 Eeeee Fffff China
0.47 Ggggg Hhhhh China
3.49 Iiiii Jjjjjj Colombia

These would be the correct totals, but I pulled these manually…
