Need Countifs Formula

I have a sheet in this sheet, I have aging in column K. Currently I use the below-mentioned formula.

but given a 0 value.


Formula Cell is L2
=COUNTIFS($H:$H,"Micro",$F:$F,$F2,$K:$K,">4<30")
