Need code to add password to a particular cell

Hi All

I have to cells in a form where people can enter intformation into that I need to add a password to. The cells are used for management to approve certain information by using their intials. I want to add a password so that no one else can approve the information with out proper authority. I have looked for information on coding the cell but I do not have enough experience to get it right. Can someone help me?
