Need a Lap and Time Counter in Excel

Since there are no apps available to do this, I'm hoping this board can help. I need to create a Lap Timer to track student from multiple classes (I teach 8 classes with up to 24 students in each). I just need one shhet for now and will copy to make others.

I need a timer imbedded at the top with Start/Stop buttons and the time out beside it. I will be tracking 4 laps and need the time to populate the laps beside each name when the lap blocks 1 through 4 are tapped. If possible, can the block be grayed out when tapped and the time is entered for visibility. Hopefully, once completed, I can put it in a Google Drive and access remotely. If I cannot use the drive, I'll just use excel on the tablet.
