Navigatine IE with VBA: a security alert, how to answer yes

Hello everybody.

I'm navigating IE with vba.

Now, I need to answer "yes" to the following alert, as I do in manual navigation, to enter the intranet:

Consider:
1) the alert is exactly what you see in the image, but Current site and Intranet site are different (I believe the substance is the same);
2) consider I cannot change any settings because of security policies.
