Hello everyone

I have a question related to reading into the meaning of excel outputs if that is okay.

The below data presents two years' outputs by 5 regions in two categories. I wonder if my conclusions are correct. I am not a professional business analyst, so please forgive any obvious mistakes. I would like to know if the reasoning and the conclusions are accurate, if anything significant has been omitted and

So here it is.

The outcomes are steady, with normal seasonal fluctuations (looking at the extremes rather than the trendline).
There is a fall by half in two regions, and significant increases in the other three - yearly rather than gradual, which indicates contractual or operational changes from y1 to y2 (reorganisation?), as suggested in combination with the fact that the totals for all regions have not increased.

Thank you.

... and if the medians are saying anything useful here. Would any further analysis be expected to yield further findings?

I actually came back to remove this to avoid cross-posting as I have found a more relevant place to ask these questions.. Could you help me remove this post? Thank you.
