Hi all, my named ranges have disappeared. the names still appear in formulas within the workbook, just nothing in the Name Manager. Very similar to this post: Names of named ranges not displaying in Name Box

difference being, i created this workbook on my laptop at home. today at work, they are not there. its a mystery.

of interest also is the "Applies to" ranges in the conditional formats have also disappeared. They are there somewhere though as the CFs still do what they are supposed to when the conditions for each are met. in this case, the user selects from a list of names and the colour format is assigned depending on which name.

very odd.

Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
I'll only spend my penny, are both Office versions (home, work) updated at the same level ?
In the meantime, have you restarted your PC ?
