I have a 2003 worksheet with Defined Name Ranges. If I run it in 2007, do I have to re-create them? The Named Ranges seem to have been lost when I run 2007. Can it be easily converted?

They should still be there, no need to re-create them. What leads you to determine that they are lost?

I no longer see the Named Range. When I launch my workbook in 2007, I go to ---> Formulas ----> Define Name, I don't see any of the Name Ranges. It looks as if I have to re-create them again.

Are they workbook names, or perhaps sheet names and you are on the wrong sheet.

Have you looked in the Name Manager on the Formulas tab?

Very interesting.... Yes, I see them now in the Name Manager. But, there are also a bunch of #REF's, so I guess I need to delete or correct them by pointing to where they belong.
