Name spreadsheet Tab from within PHP Application

I have a PHP application that generates an Excel file. Currently the file and the tab have the same name; but I need the spreadsheet Tab to be different. How do I change the Tab name to "Customer One" and keep the file name the same?
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
