Name an exported file with value in dialog prompt - urgent if possible

We have a huge project at work here and we have a macro (I am assuming, it isn’t my DB) that exports a file directly to an SFTP site.
I believe the user then has to go out and rename that file.

We need some VBA to name the exported files based on a form dialog box provided to the user.

The first thing you want to do is locate the Macro or VBA code that exports this data, because that is what needs to be updated.
Can you locate it and post that code/information here?
