I keep getting this error when performing a vlookup. No clue what I'm doing wrong.

Here is the forumula: =VLOOKUP(B2,Salaries!B1:Q2000,16,FALSE)

Trying to learn how to pull data from one sheet to another within the same workbook. Thank you!

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
I appreciate the link but I have tried multiple solutions from Google and keep getting the same result.

In my experience Index(Match)) is a much easier solution.

Code:
=Index("[COLOR=#0000ff]What you want to display(Column 16)[/COLOR]",MATCH(B2,"[COLOR=#0000ff]([/COLOR][COLOR=#0000ff]Column from Salaries tab that could match B2)[/COLOR]",0))

Replace Blue text with data from your excel sheet.
