Mystery Data Table

Hi. I have a file which a colleague worked on a bit over the weekend, and excel is now under the impression that the file contains a data table. We keep calculations set to manual, and now when i press F9, i see Data Table: 1 in the status bar for a second or 2 while the file calculates.

The only work my colleague did was to create some fairly simple line and bar charts on a single tab, and when i look i can't find any tables in his work (he was also surprised by this development).

Is there a way to diagnose this situation? The google search results that I'm seeing aren't really capturing the situation I'm currently in.

Thanks,

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
