Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
I cannot recreate your problem if link is embedded in the cell
I can recreate your problem if the cell contains =HYPERLINK(...) function

Try to embedding the link in the cell
-Right-Click on cell \ Insert Hyperlink etc
