So after that you would like to have for instance:
A. ALLOTT
A. BARNARD
and so on?
Assuming ALLOT is in cell A1, in cell B1 write:
Excel Formula:
="A. " & A1
copy this down (easiest way will be by selecting this cell and double click on "fill handle" - a small black square in bottom-right corner of selected cell.
Now you can select the cells with these formulas (only if you moved the active cell, if you not moved all cells are still selected) copy (ctrl+V) and paste special as values (probably Ctrl+Shift+V will do the job, but you could also select paste as values from Paste icon in Main card
But probably this case shows, that it's a good time to spend few hours on some "basic excel course" - there are even some for free. But don't ask me for recommendations which are the best for beginners - I don't have such knowlegde.
