I am trying to create a table to show a rate difference between two years for Labor Rate Increases. I have a table where in Cells C2:C9 I have a Labor Type and Cells B2:B9 I have the rate increase between two years. Then below this table I have a whole listing of employees with their Labor Type included in cells C12:C85, then in Cells E12:E85 I have a number of hours they worked. I am looking for a formula that will take each employees labor type and go fin the rate increase in the top table and multiply it by the hours. Could someone help me?
