Multplie criteria to filter single colum

Lets say whole ABCD is written in A column Row wise.
I want to apply filter to show rows with only, A, C, U, K
How would i go about this without manually checking these using simple filter option.

Also suggest wildcard usage if for example I search for *A*

I know, but how ? should i put some formula in the criteria list ? because simply putting the test and selecting it as criteria is not working.
